Currently based in New Delhi, Dr. Sachdeva runs Metabalance Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. — a comprehensive Functional & Bio-Regulatory Medicine Centre and India's only Mobile Functional Medicine Clinic for at-home wellness services.

Author, mentor, advisor, practitioner. He consults for wellness resorts and clinics across India and abroad — Niraamaya Resorts, Wishing Well Initiative Oncology, Eternity Medicine Dubai, Miskawaan Thailand — and sits on the advisory boards of X-Longevity (Switzerland/USA), Magician Code (Delhi), Nutra Swiss, and Select Wellness.

He is the founder Director of Doctors Beyond Medicine in India and South Africa, treating cancer and dreaded diseases for the forgotten people of the world — an initiative that has reached over 6 million people worldwide.

    The Calling Begins

    Embarks on what becomes a four-decade journey in nutrition, healthcare, and wellness — the first of more than 17 online and offline courses across his career.

  2. 1990 Milestone 02

    PhD & Specialisation

    Completes a PhD in Nutritional Science and deepens specialisation in Functional & Bio-Regulatory Medicine — bridging modern science with naturopathy and Ayurveda.

  3. 2010 Milestone 03

    Dabur Research Foundation

    Joins the Dabur Research Foundation panel for three years — developing nutraceuticals and functional nutrition protocols.

  4. 2014 Milestone 04

    Daivam Wellness — A National First

    Mentors, launches and runs Daivam Wellness — a JV with Dabur and Dr. Alok Chopra. India's largest Functional Medicine Centre at the time.

  5. 2016 Milestone 05

    Doctors Beyond Medicine Founded

    Co-founds Doctors Beyond Medicine in India and South Africa — an NGO treating cancer and dreaded diseases for the forgotten people of the world. Reach: 6M+ people.

    Metabalance Healthcare Born

    Founds Metabalance Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. in New Delhi. Launches India's only Mobile Functional Medicine Clinic for at-home wellness services.

    Releases his first book on immunity during the Covid pandemic — bringing functional immune health to mainstream readers when it mattered most.

    "Age is Just a Number" Launch

    Second book released by Amitabh Kant (G20 Sherpa) — based on four years of dedicated research into longevity, longevity diets, and supplementation.

    India's First Longevity Platform

    Owns the rights for and launches India's first dedicated longevity platform — a new chapter in preventive and regenerative healthcare.

    Global Advisor & Speaker
