Monsoons in modern ages are being received with a lot of mix feelings. While there are people supercharged and happy about the arrival of the season, you often will stumble on someone saying, “I don’t like monsoons, at all. If you are sensitive to monsoons or the recent weather changes, you might want to look at the things you can do differently this season.
1. ADOPT FOR DIY
Convenience is what we are choosing over “What is right” for us. If ever, you have ordered cut-fruits from a grocery app, bought tetra pack juice thinking it to be “100% Real” or maybe just carried some cut-fruits in your lunch bag and had it in the evening thinking it to be healthy, then we suggest you make some changes in your pattern to stay healthy. What you should do?
* Carry your fruits whole because cut-fruits increase the exposure to oxidation which can result into nutrients loss. Preferably, one should bite on whole fruits enhancing the jaw muscles and giving you the perfect jawline.
* If you wish to have a juice, make it yourself or at least make sure you are not being fed the processed juices anywhere.
2. BOOST IMMUNITY WITH FOOD
You will find people around you who are under some kind of physical transformation and others suffering from recurring illness who depends on food supplements to meet their daily nutrition. * Drinking boiled water or RO water alone is not enough.
* You can try infusing your water with natural herbs like mint, basil, citrus fruits like sweet lemon, lemon, cucumber and so on.
* Store water in a brass container or copper container. Avoid plastic, as none of the plastic within our reach is of food grade quality and drastic change in temperature can make your drinking water lethal.
* Maintain a high level of personal hygiene.
