
CHASING A RAINBOW CAN BE HARD. WHY NOT CREATE A RAINBOW ON YOUR PLATE INSTEAD?

The last time I saw a rainbow was by fluke. It was raining in Delhi and I just got lucky. Recently, I saw a rainbow on my colleagues’ plate where he literally created a rainbow as he loaded his plate with steamed broccoli, carrots, some berries, leeks, microgreens, beetroots, and raw tomatoes. My friend spent the whole evening telling me how this one lifestyle change has helped him manage his weight, boost his immunity and he is happy that the food choices he has are now plenty.
